Arno Ivaldi, born May 1998, I am a French visual artist, based in London, using photography and writing and working across moving image, installation/projections and performances. I have developed an image-text practice rooted in personal archives and collective memory. I use photographs and writing from my personal life to explore desire and the ways lived experience shifts between reality and fiction over time. Through this work, I keep returning to the lasting presence of other people in our lives, and to how they continue to shape the way we remember, imagine and tell stories.
